About the Learn, Use, Love Program

We believe in learning as a collective experience - both in the sense that learning happens between two or more people and in the sense that learning accumulates and grows over time.

Our approach to collective learning starts by getting to know your organization and staff members professionally and establishing trusting and meaningful relationships with each other. Together we determine the coaching needs for each staff member, team, and the organization as a whole and set recurring times for connecting with individuals or with teams. During these sessions our team facilitates job-embedded learning by working with staff members on their actual work, weaving in training and knowledge transfer throughout the sessions - we get work done while we are learning. Our team also identifies needs for any customized documentation about the work and creates that documentation for the organization.

For organizations that are also ready to grow their tech team, we can provide professional development to internal staff to help them move into new roles, we can bring in a member of our part-time staff to add capacity and eventually step into a full-time role at the organization, and we can help source, hire, and onboard new staff member.

Our Services

There can be movement between these packages, and the ultimate goal is to LOWER the touchpoints that we have together, based on staff members having more skills and confidence in their data & tech work, access to ongoing professional development, and ideally investment in roles on staff that are Data & Tech focused.

The cost for this program tier is $8,200-$9,200* per month.
