Their probing questions help me clarify what I'm looking for and result in better solutions for our organization. They are also an excellent coach for folks who are less familiar with technology. Emily breaks down the steps and will clearly walk folks through their stages of learning. Multiple staff have expressed an increase in confidence after working with Emily on various spreadsheet and data projects - and I can see the skills they've learned continue to show up in their work and future projects. In addition to their coaching and training work, Emily has provided expandable capacity for us while we grow our team. When they've acted as a project lead, their work is on time, thorough, and built with respect to our context, current systems, and values.
